Romance

Fear - One theme is that clearly shown in the trailer is the theme of fear. This is because this film is based on having blindfolds on. This is show at the beginning of the trailer from video clip 0:00 to 0:13. This means that the audience will feel fear with the beginning of the trailer as the audience is on the edge of their seats as they are eager as they want to find out what is going to happen next.
Mystery - One theme that is shown in the trailer is the theme of mystery. In this trailer the audience can see that there is mysteries that need to be solved. This is shown in the trailer at 0:47. This creates mystery as the women is smashing her heard in the glass. This makes a theme of mystery as the audience wants to find out why this is occurring. Also, in the trailer we can see that the characters need to wear blindfolds. This creates mystery as the audience and the characters don't know why this is happening to them and they want to find out the truth.
Romance - Romance is another theme that is shown in the trailer. Although it isn't as important it is still obvious. This is shown in the trailer at minute 2:10. This is shown when the two adults are hugging each other. This shows the affection they have for each other.

Fear - In the trailer there is a clear element of fear that is shown. An example of this is in the scene where the adult and kids are riding on a boat. This is shown at video clip 0:55. This shows an explosion that occurs, this shows fear in the trailer as there are.
Mystery - In the trailer we can see that mystery is shown through the actions that take place. This is presented in the video clip number 1:34. The characters are looking scared as the car sensors go off. This shows to the audience that there are problems in the movie that will need to be addressed.
Romance - Romance is denoted in the trailer as the characters are coming together, hugging each other and showing affection to one another. This is shown again in the video clip 0:55. There isn't much romance that is presented in the trailer however here we can see there is elements of romance that is denoted in the trailer.

Fear - Fear is shown across the trailer and from watching this the audiences may feel scared as what is going to happen next. Audiences are getting more scared as they are watching the trailer as it progresses further and further. This is because there is more suspense and there are more questions that need to be answered. Fear is presented across the trailer as it continues to build as the trailer progresses.
Mystery - In the trailer there is a continuous sequence of mystery that is presented, which is shown in minute 2:01. This means that there are many enigmas that are being presented all at once. This means that there is more of an attraction to this trailer as it the directors are not scared of showing what this film is capable of.
Romance - Although this movie is a thriller and built upon mystery and fear there is elements of romance in this as well. This can attract more audiences as there are elements of romance which may change the way of the movie. There isn't much romance that is presented in the trailer however here we can see there is elements of romance that is connoted in the trailer.

Fear - In my film that I will be producing I will add the theme of fear. This is because it will attract more audiences and make them thrilled to watch it. This will also help them as audiences love to have different themes in a variety of films.
Mystery - In the planning stage of the movie, I will try and add mystery. However, I don't think I will be able to expand on this as much as the movie I will be creating will only last 5 minutes long. However, it will be something to consider when planning this project.
Romance - When making my film I will try and add a scene of romance. This is because it can gather a different audience which will just improve the performance and reviews of my movie.
